ExamSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee exam success, learning outcomes, or the accuracy of any study materials you create.
In no event shall ExamSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
