Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the "Life In The UK Test: 2026 Test" app (the "App") operated by Oluseyi Akeweje ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

PRO Access

The App offers a "PRO" subscription that unlocks all practice tests, unlimited quick-fire questions, and other premium features.

Weekly Subscription: £1.99 per week
Monthly Subscription: £3.99 per month

Payment & Renewal

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

Free Trial

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Oluseyi Akeweje. The content is for educational purposes only.

3. Disclaimer

This App is a study tool designed to assist with the Life in the UK Test. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the questions in the App will exactly match the official exam. Passing the mock tests in this App does not guarantee passing the official exam. We are not affiliated with the UK Home Office or the official Life in the UK Test developers.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
