Terms of Use

1. Permitted use

You may use ShiftProof for personal or internal work-related recordkeeping, payroll checking, payslip comparison, and report generation. You may not use ShiftProof in a way that violates applicable law, infringes rights, attempts to compromise the app, or interferes with other users or services.

2. Accounts, eligibility, and access

ShiftProof does not currently require a separate user account. Access features, including lifetime access restore and recovery codes, are tied to the app's own device and iCloud restore logic. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, your Apple ID environment, and any exported files or copied recovery codes.

3. Your data and responsibility for inputs

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you enter into ShiftProof, including shift times, break values, rates, payslip amounts, deduction lines, notes, and attached files. Tiny Life Apps is not responsible for incorrect outcomes caused by incorrect or incomplete inputs.

4. Exports, attachments, and report use

ShiftProof may allow you to attach files and export reports in PDF or similar formats. Those outputs are tools to help you organize and present information. You remain responsible for deciding whether a report is appropriate to send to an employer, adviser, union representative, or any other third party.

5. Important limitations and no professional advice

• ShiftProof provides estimates, comparisons, and workflow support. It is not legal, tax, accounting, payroll, or financial advice.
• ShiftProof does not guarantee that any estimate, variance, or report is complete, correct, employer-approved, or suitable for a legal dispute.
• You should independently verify important payroll, tax, and employment matters with qualified professionals or authoritative sources where needed.

6. Ownership and intellectual property

ShiftProof, including its code, design, branding, text, and product features, is owned by Tiny Life Apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms. You retain your rights in the data and files you create or import into the app.

7. Availability, updates, and changes

Tiny Life Apps may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of ShiftProof at any time. Features may change, including storage, restore, export, or pricing-related functionality. App updates may be required for continued use of some features.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftProof is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Tiny Life Apps disclaims all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Life Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of ShiftProof.

9. Termination

Tiny Life Apps may suspend or terminate access to ShiftProof if required by law, platform rules, security concerns, or misuse of the app. You may stop using ShiftProof at any time by removing the app or deleting your local data.

10. General terms

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Tiny Life Apps may update these terms from time to time by posting revised terms on this page with a new effective date.
