Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of DualFrame Camera ("the App"), developed by Tiny Life Apps ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using DualFrame Camera, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
What DualFrame Camera Does
DualFrame Camera is a video recording application for iOS that uses a single camera sensor to simultaneously produce both portrait (9:16) and landscape (16:9) video files. The App is intended for personal and professional video creation.
Free Trial & Purchase
DualFrame Camera includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, continued use of recording features requires a one-time purchase of $5.99 USD (or local equivalent as shown in the App Store).
- The trial begins automatically on first launch and cannot be reset
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation
- The purchase is a one-time, non-recurring charge — no subscription
- Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy
- You may restore a previous purchase at no charge using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App
Licence Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use DualFrame Camera on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
This licence does not include the right to:
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App
- Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or branding
Ownership of Recordings
All video content you create with DualFrame Camera belongs entirely to you. We make no claim to any recordings, footage, or media produced using the App.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App and any content you create complies with applicable laws, including laws relating to privacy, consent, and copyright.
Disclaimer of Warranties
DualFrame Camera is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiny Life Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or recordings.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
